Tom's Recordland never shares or sells any information collected to any third party for any
reason.
At Tom's Recordland, we offer customers the choice between ordering our products or requesting
information by plain e-mail, fax, mail, phone or using our special online order form. We collect visitor's contact information (e.g. their email address) but no financial information of any kind (e.g. bank account or credit card numbers). We transact credit card payments only through the safe site of PayPal. The safe site of PayPal does not share any customer financial information with us. Contact information from the order form is only used to ship orders from Tom's Recordland to our customers or to contact our customers if they clearly indicate that we should contact them. We do not send newsletters or other company information or advertising of any kind to our visitors and customers, unless they specifically instruct us to do. If they instruct us to send them e.g. newsletters, they may at any time opt out of receivimg any newsletters or other communications from us by contacting us by e-mail. We will then immeditely remove their informtion from our database.
